Emaza Gibson has taken matters into the hands of the law after Jason Derulo allegedly sexually harassed and dropped her from his label for refusing his sexual advances. The complaint was filed by Gibson on Thursday in The Los Angeles County Superior Court, and the female singer is seeking unpaid wages, loss of earnings, deferred compensation, and other employment benefits and damages for emotional distress.
